At Seaflora, we value privacy as much as you do. Seaflora does not trade, rent or sell personal information with third parties. When you provide personal information to us, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information for the purposes listed below:
- We collect your personal information (name, telephone number and email) when you make a purchase so that we can process your order. We retain this information in the case of a return or request for an exchange. Your personal information is only disclosed to a third party payment verification party for the sole purpose of processing payments.
- We collect your personal information (name and email address) upon request to recieve our company newsletters.
- We may also collect and retain your name and email if you provide us with comments or suggestions.
Legal: Please note that Seaflora must provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose personal information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you.

Visiting our sites: In general, you can visit our sites without telling us who you are or providing us with any information. However, we collect the IP (Internet protocol) addresses of all visitors to our sites and other related information such as page requests, browser type, operating system and average time spent on our sites. We use this information to monitor and improve our sites.

Taxes on Products
We are required by law to collect PST and GST tax on all orders shipped to addresses in British Columbia, Canada. Only GST tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in other Provinces in Canada. PST and GST do not apply to purchases made by US residents.
Prices / Currencies
All shown prices are in the currency indicated by your IP address. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged the converted amount in Canadian Dollars. If you would like to convert Canadian Dollars to your currency, or your currency to Canadian Dollars, in order to see the approximate charge that will appear on your VISA/MC statement, then please use a currency converter.
Duties
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.
Unclaimed Packages / Refusal of Packages
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. We will contact you if your unclaimed package returns to us.
Shipping
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please keep this number to track your order.
Shipping within British Columbia: 3-5 business days + $10.00 plus GST
Shipping Elsewhere in Canada: 7-10 business days + $15.00 plus GST
Shipping to the U.S: 7-14 business days + $20.00
Returns
If the product is damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product once we receive the original product back. If the product produced irregular skin reactions, you may return the wild organic seaweed skincare product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity, freshness and authenticity of the wild seaweed skincare products. All clearance and special sale items (percentage off discounts, promotions) are considered final sales.
If the products are in original package and were not opened or used and you want to return them - you can send them back to us for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. All returns must contain a copy of your invoice.
We will notify you via e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges.
